Xperience announce the release of the WebDT 390 - 8.9" Ruggedised Tablet PC.

Xperience... Wireless, a leading, specialist rugged mobile computer solutions provider, has today unveiled details of its new WebDT 390 rugged tablet PC. The WebDT 390 is the ideal mobile computing solution for mobile workers who require reliable information access and capture on the move.

The WebDT 390 device features the integration of a brilliant 8.9" touch display and a high performance, energy-efficient Intel® AtomTM processor within a slim, light, and durable package. The DT390 now offers RFID Reader options and features a High-capacity Internal Battery as standard.

IP54 compliant, the WebDT 390 has been designed to allow it to be taken into inhospitable environments and harsh weather conditions. It’s hard wearing case makes it resilient to drops and protects against data loss during unexpected drops, vibration or if shock occurs. Sealed I/O caps and doors prevent solid particles and moisture such as dust, rain and spillages from entering the unit.

The WebDT 390 also boasts advanced connectivity capabilities. It includes, as standard, Wireless 802.11a/g/n LAN connectivity and Bluetooth whilst offering an array of further upgrade wireless connectivity facilities such as 3G and GPS to ensure users always remain connected wherever they may be.
