WebDT SimulCAST Broadcasts Visual Emergency Communications to Digital Signs and Networked Computers

WebDT SimulCAST System is part of the WebDT Content Manager software suite, a key component of the comprehensive WebDT Digital Signage System.

With the WebDT SimulCAST System, school/ corporate departments can broadcast “Emergency” messages instantly and simultaneously. Control the messages centrally and distribute them via the web-based management interface, publishing to every digital signage display and to computers within the network. Distribute messages by county, by building, or by department.

WebDT SimulCAST overrides scheduled content on screens for emergency communications. In addition, the system allows for content to be pre-loaded onto networked digital signs, desktops and laptops. By creating situational procedure templates, network administrators can enable content to be displayed instantaneously on each sign and computer screen during emergencies. This functionality is especially important in educational institutions as well as large corporate buildings where dissemination of urgent, detailed communications to a dispersed audience is essential.
